I've always had an incredible passion for music. From an early age, I've been surrounded by music. Whether it was listening to tapes in my dads car, or learning the guitar when I was in high school, music has played a huge part in me growing up. As I've gotten older, and my tastes diversified, I've grown to study hip-hop, r&B and electronic based music with incredible desire to learn more. This naturally led to me starting my own blog in 2013 (bassbeatslife.blogspot), to keep friends & people I knew in the loop with new music releases.

My journalistic skills grew quickly, and I started to write freelance for UK based collective Murkage, before settling into a writing role at EARMILK.com.

Since then, I've had the honour of having my writing published in magazines such as BRICK & Push Mag, as well as regularly contributing to Clash Magazine online. All of these opportunities have led to me not only discovering new, exciting artists, but also sitting down and talking with some of my favourite artists. These include; Bryson Tiller, Denzel Curry, Belly, Fredo, Powers Pleasant, Amir
Obe, Oscar #worldpeace and Yung Simmie.

I'm a self confessed music nerd, with a passion for football, vinyl records & movies.
